Lange Zeit als Vandalismus verfemt oder trivialer Grosstadtkitsch belächelt, wandelt sich langsam die öffentliche Wahrnehmung von Graffiti. Allgegenwärtig und mit natürlicher Affinität zur Architektur ist diese Ausdrucksform mittlerweile nicht nur integraler Bestandteil der modernen Stadt, sondern auch als Jugendkultur etabliert.<br>Als "Kind" dieser Graffitiszene, geboren aus Tags und Throw-Ups, jenen schnell dahingeworfenen Buchstabenkürzeln und Schriftzügen, ist das Writing nichts weniger als zeitgemäße, urbane Kalligrafie.
